Annual filings, audits and KYC
Incorporating is step one. Filing on time every year is what keeps your company in good standing.
Stay compliant all year, not just at year end
A company owes filings to the Registrar even in a year with no business activity. Missed forms attract daily additional fees, and repeated default can lead to director disqualification and strike-off of the company.
We build a compliance calendar for your company or LLP, remind you before each date, collect what we need, and file. You always know what is due next.
