FSSAI, ISO, IEC and Shop Act
The registrations and licences most businesses need to operate legally, applied for and followed up for you.
Know which licences apply to you
The licences you need depend on what you sell, where you operate and how many people you employ. Applying for the wrong one wastes fees, and missing a required one can lead to penalties or a shutdown notice.
Tell us about your business and we will list exactly which registrations apply, in what order to get them, and what each will cost, before you spend anything.

Common questions
It is not compulsory, but it is free and gives access to priority-sector lending, subsidies and other schemes for small businesses. Most small businesses register.
If you export goods or services from India, an Import Export Code is generally required. We can confirm for your specific case.
Basic registrations are often issued in a few working days. State and central licences take longer because of scrutiny and, in some cases, inspection.
Many do. FSSAI licences carry an expiry date, and some state registrations need annual returns. We track each date for you.
